MDFSC’s Trick AND Treat Halloween Themed Learn to Skate!

Friday October 26 and Sunday October 28, 2018

Skaters and Coaches are welcome to wear Halloween costumes as long as they are appropriate, and do not come with props. Your costume must not interfere with your skating skills! (no spears, swords, light savers, masks, etc.)

We will start our class as usual, working on skating skills for the first 35 minutes, and then we will start our "Trick AND Treat" (from 4:50-5:05)! This means that skaters can move about the ice as they please, visiting each coach. Skaters will earn a treat for every skill (or trick!) they do! Each coach will have different treats! Skaters will be given a bag for their treats to take home with them.  Please DO NOT eat your treats on the ice! We will provide peanut allergy friendly treats, but if you or your child has any specific dietary needs, please email me directly at
