Mason-Dixon Figure Skating Club

The MDFSC is endorsed by the United States Figure Skating Association and is home to Morgantown’s figure skating community. Our club members are figure skaters of all ages, parents, and coaches.

The Morgantown Ice Arena Freestyle schedule:

BOPARC Freestyle Schedule:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 2:30 - 5:00 pm, cost $10 to BOPARC

MDFSC Freestyle Schedule: (Must be a current member or associate member of the MDFSC)

Tuesdays: 5:00 - 6:00 pm, cost $12 to MDFSC

Sundays: 3:45 - 4:45 pm, cost $12 to MDFSC

BOPARC Public Skating Schedule:

Wednesdays: 12:00 - 2:15 pm

Thursdays: 12:00 - 2:15 pm

Saturdays: 1:30 - 3:30 pm, 7:00 - 9:00 pm

Sundays: 1:30 - 3:30 pm

MDFSC Membership

why join the Mason-Dixon Figure Skating Club?

• Become a member of our national governing body, the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA)

• Test at U.S. Figure Skating-sponsored test sessions (allows skaters to move up levels, with the goal of becoming a U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist)

• Compete at U.S. Figure Skating-Sanctioned events

• Represent the MDFSC at regional, sectional, and national events

• Participate in MDFSC’s annual Holiday and Spring Shows, which are sanctioned by U.S. Figure Skating

• Coverage under U.S. Figure Skating’s sports accident insurance policy

• Membership includes discounted practice ice during MDFSC ice time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays

• Membership includes discounted rate for our Learn to Skate Program

• Participate in MDFSC’s community events

Membership Fees for 2021-2022 Skating Season (membership ends in June, Renews in July every year)

a. Child and Parent/Guardian Membership (or any two family members): $140

b. Additional family members (after first two): $30

c. Single Adult Membership: $100

d. Coach Membership: $70

e. Associate Membership (for skaters who are already a full member of another club): $60

f. Collegiate Membership (includes 4 years of membership to college aged students): $100

***There will be a late fee of $10 if returning members register after September 1 of every year.
