Meet Our Coaches
All MDFSC coaches are certified through US Figure Skating’s SkateSafe program, the US Center for SafeSport, and pass background checks through the National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI). As a smaller, community-focused club, all club members take personal responsibility in the safety and security of our skaters. We focus on positive reinforcement, modern coaching methods, and take great pride in fostering a healthy skating culture.
Individual coaches coordinate their own lesson times. Please contact each coach directly for lesson availability. Lesson rates differ per coach, and are given during our hours
Skaters are allowed to take from more than one coach, as long as the coaches agree to team coaching, and are also allowed to change coaches any time they wish.
