Grace McCusker
Grace has been skating for over 16 years with the Mason-Dixon Figure Skating Club. She has 6 years of experience coaching private lessons, Learn to Skate, and power skating for hockey. Grace has passed her Pre-Silver Skating Skills and Bronze Free Skate and plans to continue testing. She attends WVU and is pursuing a doctorate in dentistry. She has coached a wide range of ages from 3 years to 40+, including her younger sister (pictured). She has developed her coaching skills through her experience with many different coaches, some of which are nationally recognized.

Jae Martinez
Jae Martinez has skated with the Mason-Dixon Figure Skating Club for 13 years, developing her skating skills with 7 coaches throughout the years. Her lessons have a visual and kinesthetic approach, suiting skaters who learn the best by doing. She has 7 years of coaching experience, and strives to provide a fun, inclusive, and encouraging environment for skaters of all ages in our community. She coaches Basic Skills, Freestyle, adult skaters, skaters with disabilities, as well as hockey strength, power, and edge control.

Kinder DeWoolfson
Kinder DeWoolfson is a two time national competitor with Team Delaware Synchronized Skating in 2017 and 2018 as well as an east coast sectional championship title holder with DC Edge Synchronized skating in 2014. She is currently a member of the United States Figure Skating Association and Mason Dixon Figure Skating Club. She has a BS in Sport Management from WVU and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from WVU. She is a USFSA gold medalist in Skating Skills (formerly: moves in the field) and continues to train to test ice dances and compete in the USFSA circuit. She has been coaching professionally since 2013 and specializes in correcting muscle imbalances, providing training programs for athletes on and off the ice and training power skating for hockey athletes. She also trains Moves in the Field/ Skating skills for Figure skaters of all ages. She has been providing coaching services through Morgantown Hockey Association and Mason Dixon Figure Skating Club since 2018 and has helped hundreds of local athletes ages 2-70 years of age throughout that time.

Carol Waggy
Carol has been in the figure skating community for many years. Much of her skating has been in the Pittsburgh area where she has found a robust group of adult skaters. Though she skating some as a child, she did not train or compete until meeting the adult group. Along the way, she began training and testing with the opportunity to work with international and national skating coaches.
Her USFS testing accomplishments include Gold Skating Skills, Pre-Silver dances, Adult Gold Freestyle, and Adult Silver pairs.
She has been a Learn to Skate instructor at the RMU Island Sports Center for the past few years.
She is currently an Associate Professor in the WVU Physical Therapy program.
Loves to teach LTS and Basic figure skating skills.

Claire McCusker
Claire has been skating with the Morgantown Figure Skating club since she was 5 years old, and has been coaching and assisting with Learn to Skate for 3 years. She grew up at the rink with her sister as her coach for many years, as well as a variety of other coaches to help improve her skills. She specializes in fundamental skills and welcomes skaters of all ages.
